We’re not building Yet Another Sales Tool™. We’re building a precision tool — smart defaults, fast workflows, and zero fluff.
Now we’re looking for a Brand Designer to join our small team and push the expectations of B2B SaaS audiences.
What you’ll do at Operate:
- Collaborate directly with co-founders, Daniela Covarrubias (Creative Director) and Moe Amaya (CEO)
- Design compelling visuals across web, social, email, and print—making even straightforward messages feel uniquely us
- Think: eye-catching social posts, blog illustrations, emails, onboarding docs, and even a zine-style primer for founder sales
- Explore different formats—from motion to interactive—to tell stories in fresh, compelling ways
- Build scalable design systems and templates to maintain our craft and quality expectations
- Champion brand consistency across all communication touchpoints, evolving our brand voice through design
- Join a growing team of designers and engineers to help establish Operate’s brand as a leader and reference point for the industry
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing work in brand, communication, or visual design
- Can distill abstract ideas into simple, engaging visuals
- Have a sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Feel comfortable working across different mediums, from static to interactive to motion (in execution and/or art direction)
